Whether you're a seasoned chef or a culinary novice, these cooking classes offer a hands-on and unforgettable experience that will leave you with a deeper appreciation for Moroccan culture and cuisine. In small groups of up to 10 'trainees' we will guide you as you learn to cook a variety of tasty Moroccan recipes. Dar Assarou's Cooking School offers a highly personalised, interactive and fun cooking experience. Classes for private groups can be tailored to your tastes or join a daily workshop with other guests to create an international flavour!
All classes are conducted in English-language and include preparation of at least two mouth-watering Moroccan dishes such as briouat, pastilla and a spicy cooked salad plus a fish, chicken, beef or lamb tagine. Menus change on a daily basis and our small group size guarantees a personalised experience.

1615   Prepare your meal, guided by a professional Berber chef.

1800   Dinner time!

This cooking experience operates on request throughout the year on a private departure basis.

DON'T FORGET

If you’d like to swim please bring a swimming costume. Towels are provided. Please let us know any special dietary requirements in advance.

PRICES PER PERSON
PRICE INCLUDES

Services/guidance from an English-speaking host/translator and professional chef, plus an assistant ‘Dada’; food ingredients and use of an apron.

PRICE EXCLUDES

Transfers from and back to your riad or hotel; tips and items of a personal nature. A wide choice of ice-cold beverages and non-alcoholic beers and cocktails are available.

Children 5 to 11 years old are £16 (200 dh) per child (must be min. 2 adults accompanying). Children 12 and older pay adult price.
