For guests who seek fresh mountain air and breathtaking mountain scenery, Dar Assarou is a perfect place to literally do nothing! Choose to rest and relax, swim, or enjoy the magnificent High Atlas scenery which surrounds the lodge. Appreciate the sunrise, the sunset, the full moon and the amazing star-filled night skies.... For something more active, ride a mule to a Berber village or enjoy a short guided walk. And for something really different, Dar Assarou's High Atlas cooking school runs daily cooking courses for guests keen on learning how to make a tasty Berber tagine!

For something further afield, day trips can be arranged to Marrakech, the Ourika Valley, Lake Takerkoust, Kik Plateau, the Agafay Desert, local Berber markets and the Ouirgane Valley.
